Payment and Dispatch: We accept payment by PayPal, cheque and bank transfer (please email for details). For payment by cheque, we wait for the cheque to clear before we dispatch the goods. Delivery normally takes less than one week in the UK. International orders attract additional fees depending on location.
The cost of the postage is included in the price of each item.
Warranty: Works of art which you purchase may be subject to minor colour variations to the on screen photographs – electronic pictures cannot perfectly represent original work. Janet Rogers cannot be liable for this and similarly we cannot be responsible for the durability of any work.
Copyright: All copyright remains with Janet Rogers. The sale or re-sale of any item of fused glass work does NOT include any intellectual property rights relating to it. The reproduction of purchased artwork, including photographs is not permitted. Janet Rogers reserves the right to bring legal action in any court of competent jurisdiction
Returns
We feel sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order please email janet@crushedchilli.co.uk. Goods can only be returned within 10 days of purchase and only by prior arrangement; the cost of return will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods should be sent by registered post or carrier.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days of delivery if boxed with all original packaging. The product should be in unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage.
The goods have to be sent back at your own cost.
